If I know well prolong is similar in the way that it also hardens up the surface like that product which means it won't be longer homogeney. In other words there will be tension within the matter and hence under stress the surface could peel off. I think it sounds logic but who knows :/

Q - Will any flaking occur?

A - No flaking will occur as treated surfaces are actually
changed on a molecular level.

Fact - Analysis of lubricants from engines and mechanical equipment treated with EverRev show a substantial reduction of debris caused by wear. Eventually becoming almost undetectable!

sounds good.. no more flaking ...! ;)

easy to test, put a 550 together with zero axial play on the crank and skf mains.

I think the other product what I mentioned also works on a molecular level but if there is no flaking issues with everrev its good. But I wouldn't dare to put it in my bike even if I'd like to.

Can`t see that it would do any harm, are you going to try
it BB?

I put slick 50 in my KLR at 2500 km, went on to do 70,000 km before
a car turned in front of it:mad: motor has never been apart.

Just might try it. It is inexpensive when adding to motorcycles gear box or engine oil. I could use one bottle for all my bikes.

I am always interested in cool new products etc. and thought I would share.

Digging these 2 companies at the moment.

Cerakote Coatings

I have used their thermal dispersant coating, thermal barrier coating and dry film lubricant coating.

THE FASTEST BEARINGS IN RACING

Used both Micro Blue coated steel and ceramic with great gains on the dyno.
