Hello Dear,
This is my first Husa and I don't have some experience.
I own FE501 2003 with Dellorto PHM40, the problem is that on small rpm if I open the throttle little bit faster the engine shuts down. How can I fix this?
Is it possible to adjust the with the mixture and idling screw or it's some bigger problem?
Thanks in advance

try the fuel screw on the left of the carb in and out half a turn. this might do it? if this fails then you should re-set the tappets and also check the ignition timing. you need to look in 'the doc' (to the left of this message) and go to electrical where you must remark the flywheel and then time the ignition correctly with the engine running.

Zaga => I don't know what is size of jet, i didn't open the carb.

Taffy => I will try to do it first with the adjustment screw and then with the other.

Thanks you both on your suggestions.

Just been out for my first ride on my new to me 2003 FE400 and I have the same problem. A slight opening of the throttle and the engine cut out. I upped the tickover (big screw with spring behind it) on LHS half a turn but it persisted. The more I rode the less it happened - getting used to it? Tappets supposedly done by previous owner prior to purchase.
Can't find "doc" reference on LHS per Taffy's post.
