Although designed for the KTM's, it should work on the Husabergs.
The filter cover plate is the same on the KTM's and the Husabergs.

I think that would be great for FS650E, for hot street riding.

I don't believe that the KTM Joe Racer oil cooler would be suitable for Bergs, at least not in its present configuration. The oil cooler actually replaces one of the two KTM oil filters (the shorter one). Since Bergs only have a single oil filter, the oil cooler would leave the Berg engine without an oil filter. For Bergs, the oil cooler would have to be routed differently.
