I had a "Brand New" 05 (3 Hours) with a similiar failure last year. Husaberg was not overly helpful and the end user (my customer) none too happy.

I am sure you can find the parts if you look around, but you also mention that you want it professionally done, and that's what I really don't understand. Maybe you're a very busy guy and you don't want to mess around with technical details, in which case I would understand why you'd want to stay away from Husaberg in the future, but if you looked at it a little closer you might be able to do it yourself.
As for the left side case, are you sure you cannot import one from Europe or even look for a parter?

It is usually very apparent as a loud clicking noise as the nut backs off.
This is also an issue with the YZ450 engine.
We have never witnessed a gear that has shatterd, always was caught before.
My theory is that the torgue reation on the nut on quick crank deceleration is the root cause for this, and is most often seen on motard and road racing bikes.

you may have damagaed other things but it's reasonable to hope that you possibly haven't.
you'll need two inlets and two exhausts because IF you need any of a type-you'll need both.
timing chain may be good - some would change for piece of mind!
piston, like the valves, needs to be checked when you've removed the head.
you really can't have your cake and eat it. you want all the answers BEFORE you've stripped the engine. this isn't possible.

I am new to the Husaberg.org but it looks like you have some kind of Ph.D. in Husaberg!!!
