what year? engine cc are we on about here?

since last year i have changed the needle code and that has put this overrun problem right.
basically, i tested and tested the E series needle, then went and did the D series needle which i took far further. when i finished, i said E for the road and D for the dirt. all the dirt needles were ok , so then i upgraded the road past it and was so pleased with the results i upgraded the dirt needles as well to the new spec.
although i had tested all these settings and said to myself that they were the best, i didn't want to go too lean for customers. after a word with one tester, he said that the bike was actually only ever right when he took my personal favourite setting and not the customer options.
that did it!
stuck the new super lean settings into a coupla reliable people i could trust and low and behold they loved them. so anyone with one of my kits who had them before april this year can call me and i'll sort something out for them if they want.

Sorry!! Mine is probably a Fe450E from 2003, or maybe(as you said) a Fc470.
The ignition is the SEM but it has a 41 mm Keihin. And i know for a fact that it has titanium valves.
