Electric fan for Husaberg FE 650 2002

Best computer fan I have ever used was original intel from old Pentium CPU. It worked 3 years, about 10000km!

Its amazing that computer fans can hold up to off-road use.

How did you wire these things? Direct off the battery or is there a better place to draw power from?
 
Did you run a ground wire back to the battery or to the "grounding carousel" under the backbone of the frame?
 
I belive I went off the negative cable where it bolts to the case. Dont forget the inline fuse as well, 15 amp I think is what I used. I like to run my switch off the ground side.

Cheesebergeer raced the Baja 1000 with that same bike and setup and managed to finish respectfully.
