EFI Tuner for the 570

I just desmogged my fe570s this week and was going to get it remapped, but if I put the efi tuner do I still need to get it remapped. The power is all I need but I want the bike to run as smooth as possible.

Allows you to increase fueling at several points in the rev range. Unit stays on the bike, it plugs in between the ECM and injector. I just ordered mine today based on reviews at KTMtalk.com.

As Josh137 stated, you can change the amount of fuel. You can add/subtract fuel on 6 stages (circuits). For instance, I just had the Euro mapping installed and the bike had too much hit off throttle. In other words the throttle was just too touchy. I hit the mode button on the programmer, and the first stage is the lowest stage (like a pilot jet, sort of). I then hit the minus button twice and the lights went down the scale. This reduced the fuel input at that point in the throttle and smoothed out the initial hit. It works really well. FYI - I unhooked all of the smog stuff from my bike and it still backfired. The Euro map got rid of it completely.
