e starter?

just a quick one am I right in thinking that if I remove this plate this is where I fit the starter motor it looks to me like someone has done a starter delete on this bike as all the switches are there for an electric start also all the wiring?
bike is a 2003 fe501e

show us a photo of the headstock wirs. there is a 4- by 1 connector that would be for the e start.

then down at the engine you need a few bits but most f all you need a pair of gears in the engine

if the wires aint there that's fine I can get that sorted I'm just wondering more if the e starter has been blanked off with this plate or not by the look of it ?

Yes, the starter motor port has been plugged. For reference the Husaberg part number is 220 078-01.

Nice one that means at least I can re wire the starter so I don't have to spend 10 mins kicking it over every morning
