dual spring part code

i've been looking for a part number for the OEM dual valve springs that are fitted to the FS-C450 and thee the FC450.

does anyone have a part number from their parts book? has anyone seen these valves and noted any coloured stripes on them?

the stripes are the coding for the valves strength.

that's the code from where pitt? as in you've seen it written or was told?

the ktm number 594 then 36 028 044 (59436028044) is for the conical valve spring and not the dual valve spring kit? not what i want here fella!

I am looking at it as we speak to you now the dual spring has the same number only with 800 in front of it the on with 594 is directly on top of it there is even drawings or dual spring and conical i can email it to you if you like pm me your email you can have manual only 3.5 mega bytes easy

(*29/ 800.36.028.044 valve spring kit cpl 05
Asterisk is saying this is a new part
There are two drawings 28 is a conical spring
and 29 is a dual spring i am under the impression the part starting with 594 is husaberg only but the part starting with 800 is the ktm/husaberg part number crossover number i have all these numbers

stick a 1 in the middle and you have the ti spring set.

i wish i knew how these codes worked.... all i've leearnt is that 800 in the code is like the kiss-o-death half the time!

The part number you mentioned was for the dual valve springs i received. Only in my case the bottom metal plate (in the front of the photo) was with the set. You did mention that this plate supposed to be 1 mm, so how am i able to see if the spring is fitted correctly with the bigger plate as seen on the photo?[/img]

as i have said to you before and you 'forgot': you got lucky!

you have been given £320 worth of spring kits for £40. the man gave you the Ti race valve kit. if you gave this photo to enginehardwear he would say: "that's it! that's what i use!!!!".

do you remember that the receipt you had had a different number on it to the number on the box?

well the nuumbers on the receipt and the price correspond but you got the Ti gear!

if you had got the poor man's gear you woiuld have had the 1mm washer.

if you don't mind we'll discuss the rest via a PM.

i just bought this dual spring kit from KTM part no: 590.36.028.244
Are these spring's a drop in or is any modification needed
