Not sure about the '09, but my '10 FE450 was really easy to get plated since it came with the main wiring harness, hi/lo beam headlamp, and brake/tail light. I just had to add blinkers, horn, and mirror. I just bought individual components from SicAss Racing. I ended up replacing the stock headlamp switch with a SicAss switch and their combo start/kill switch. I also added a key.
