Check out procycle.us Their kit is a universal fit with complete wire harness and sells for $280. You may also buy a partial kit if you dont need everything. Pretty cool, I am considering one of these myself.

Damn ..... lol i just had a good week so i bit thebullet(or shot my self in the foot more like) and got the baja designs million dollar kit ...
but thanks for the info im going to send my buddy that way for his xr or hell never do it! hey , how hard is it to get a plate in oregon?

It is very easy, just take the paperwork down to your local DMV and pay the money(about $120).They do not ask for insurance or an endorcement and dont take the bike itself to the dmv.
