Hi,
I'm the proud owner of a new Fe501. I've tried to download the maintainance videos on this site (including the Divx Codec); the videos play for about 20 seconds then freeze and I have to shut down the whole computer. Has anyone got them on disc/DVD that they could let me have copies of. I would gladly reimburse any money spent plus a bit.
