Do Bergs have a damper in clutch?

Hi,
(I was reading about some bloke who rides his Berg on the road, and who put a cush rear hub on his husaberg.

Then there was a line amongst it about a damper in the clutch of recent year's Husabergs. I wonder would this make a rear cush hub a little superfluous.

Does anyone know anything about this cush clutch damper? I would love to know how effective it is and how it works.

I would think that the cush hub would be a little redundant in this case, however it certainly wouldn't hurt anything other than adding a little more unsprung weight.

Thanks,
any mechanical gurus who can explain how the clutch damper basically works and how much damping it provides as opposed to 'nothing' or a 'cush rear hub'.
??
