Do berg VIN's tell you the model designation (FE vs FS)?

I have a bike I am looking at but suspect it is a FE converted to a FS and looking for a way to prove it.....

It is supposedly in Canada and is a 06 FS650e (has a sidestand so it is not a 'C' model) but I didn't think these came to north america...

I just bought a 2006 Fe650e. And the dealer told me how to identify what the numbers mean. Of course I forgot already. But send an email to someone at husaberg.se
