do 2000 fe501 rims fit on 2005 fs650e

i'm looking at getting a set of dirt rims for my 2005 fs650e. I know I will have to do something with the front brakes. my question is do the rims from a 2000 fe501 directly fit on my bike.

The '00 front axel is smaller than your '05.

Hi,

From memory I think it is only the 2 aluminium spacer inserts you would have to change, I have a spare set if you want them. The actual bearings were the same size.

Ya I did some research and found and older post that talked about husaberg front axles going to 26mm in 2003. so the 2000 will fit my bike but I need the axle spacers, My friend also has a set of rims from a 2001 yamaha yz 250 in his shed. they are 21" and 19". I will see if they fit first before I buy anything.
