ive recently bought a FS650e supermoto second hand and the guy who had it before me had stripped it down and raced it, now when ive come to put the digi display back on there are 3 plugs coming off the back of it. one is in a triangle shape and has a red, black and brown wire on, ive connected that up ok, the other plug has 2 wires going to it for the speedo, ive connected that up ok, but theres another plug with about 4 wires on it, doesnt show up on the wiring diagram i have and i dont know what it connects to, can anyone help me out??

I think it is for the bar mounted switch that you had to buy as an extra on the 03 bergs i think it is around a hundred pounds.

the switch is not standard. it can be purchased from any 'berg or KTM dealer. it allows you to access the top speed/average speed/2 trip meters and maybe a couple of other things like lap time.

standard the unit gives you speed, odometer whilst moving, and hours whilst still with ignition on.

a code will be displayed when you turn bike on. this is the wheel size.

2206 is the endure size, can't say i know what the motard code is but i'm sure you'll find out!

Have Fun
Jeff

cheers for the help lads, button is on order now, if anyones interested the code for supermoto wheels is 1882

The code appears to be the wheel circumference in millimeters. You could easily measure this if better accuracy was required. Roll the wheel along the floor & measure the distance travelled in exactly 1 turn or measure wheel diameter in mm then multiply by 3.1416.
