Does anyone know the part number for DID cam chain for an 04 FS650? I haven't had any luck on the search function here and cant see cam chains on the DID website.

Thanks in advance
Chris

Not sure on the part # but I'm betting that other years of the same bike will fit. I just updated mine to an '05 or '06 DID chain and I have an '04 bike. I think Dale Lineaweaver has some good chain too that i recall seeing him advertise.

we have the '05 parts book available in the downloads here. please get the manual and then check the number. it's very eaasy to do.

Thanks for the replies. I found the part number for the 05 cam chain but i was trying to find the DID part number itself, as I'm currently in Singapore and there's no Husaberg dealer here but they have a DID agent.

The Husaberg part number makes no sense to him and I dont have my old cam chain here to show him. Its also a litlle difficult as his english (singlish) isn't that good. Anyway so far I think i need to get a 66 link chain, so I'll go back there on Monday and try my luck again if I cant find the DID part number on the net somewhere.

Appreciate the replies anyway. Cheers.

then what you need to know is the pitch and width of the links. can't remember where but that should be SOMEWHERE!
we just got to find it!

Thanks mate, I'll see how it goes Monday. I'm sure he could work it out if I could show him the old camchain but I dont have it with me here in Singapore.

I reckon the info you provided will be enough to sort it out, much appreciated.
