My throttle moves only 1/4 of the turn and stops. This bike is an Australian version and it has a factory restriction. Where it is located, carburator? I want to use this bike off road and I need more throttle than 1/4 of the turn.

Guys,
There is a long screw (needle holder/guide). I am not sure because I did not get my carburetor apart that works like a stop for the slide. I got a replacement part (identical on husqvarna) and I will install this week.
