Anyone got a photo of the Delo 400 20 litre can? I'm off to buy some tomorrow and don't want the distributor to sell me the wrong stuff!

Thanks Steve. In the end I went to the distributor and told them I wanted 40 litres of Delo 400, but not the LE.

Ran it in the bike for a 4 1/2 hour single track ride yesterday and it didn't miss a beat!!

Chevron Delo 400 Synthetic — Available in U.S., Canada & Mexico, Latin America,
Europe and Central Asia & Russia.
Easier cold-weather starting is the hallmark of this 100-percent synthetic lubricant for use in turbocharged diesel and four-cycle gasoline engines, torque converters, gear cases, and hydraulic systems operating in arctic-type climates and high temperature conditions.

Did you get this one? I'm intrested to know as i wanna try it out but not sure which one will suit my Bike and Climate etc? Could anyone please advise.

The only noticeable difference I found with it, is that when the bike is cold, it doesn't like being started in gear with the clutch pulled in. Have to start it in neutral.

Once the oil has warmed up, there's no problems at all.

I just bought the gear that the guys on here recommend.

When I got to the distributor they only had two types of Delo 400.
Delo 400 and Delo 400 LE.

Don't get the LE.

What is the viscosity rating of the DELO 400 synthetic??

This is the first I have heard that DELO 400 was available as a 100% synthetic oil. Note that the term 'ISOSYN' does not denote fully synthetic oil.
