I have posted this same question in another forum section,but dealers & distributers may be a better place....
My year 2000 FC600 had the choke lever mounted directly onto the carb (Dell'Orto) and the lever was virtually impossible to reach as it was wedged right up beteween the frame rail and the tank.
The metal choke lever snapped recently and I have been starting the bike without choke ever since.
I have seen other Husabergs with remotely-mounted choke knobs on extended cables and am looking for something similar to fit my bike.
I Phoned Dave Clarke Racing (DCR) a couple of weeks ago to help and try and source the parts, but they are having no joy.
Can anyone help with a part number or a description of how to modify my carb so that I can actually operate it??
