To the point
Long time contributor to this site Dale Lineaweaver has recently sustained a badly broken hip.
He has had surgery and is now at home I understand, but he is suffering from a lot of pain and a possible long and difficult recovery.
I do not have a current e mail for him so If anyone does can you please PM me with it...thx

help ?

hey man i read on a separate forum if i have a question about a husaberg to talk to you . . . maybe you can help me out. i have a 2008 450 fe and the top end went on it. perhaps did damage to the lower end . but im wondering if i can just buy a crate engine .... im sick of rebuilding engines, i just wanna drop a fresh engine in and keep riding. . . . any thoughts?? connections to get er fixed??

Good luck trying to find a crate engine, the chances of finding a new crate engine is the same as finding five new 70 degree subframe tanks for 100 bucks. A better chance is to find someone that can rebuild it. How many times have you rebuilt it? Do you know if there is bottom end damage for sure? How many hours are on the bike?

Send it to me in the UK and I will do a proper job for you! if you use the USPO and put in 50cm x 45cm x 40cm and 25KG you can get it here for $100 and back for about the same.

as many times as I say it, people don't listen but the 450 is prone nowadays in its late youth to having the valvbe springs snap or the the valve heads fall off especiallly on the exhausts side.
