I have got myself a brand new cylinder head for my bike for 620e. Good price compared to the UK price of £610 plus p&p.
I am now in the process of replacing my cylinder barrel and the piston (currently a KTM 525 cylinder & piston) and getting the original husa for my 501. The funny thing is that the price for the cylinder and piston from Greece is around 750e and I checked yesterday with a husa dealer in Sweden (I am in Sweden for hols) and the price he gave me was extraordinarily high; 8400 SEK for the cylinder and 4100 SEK for the piston, which translates to 920e for the cylinder and 450e for the piston.
Is this right? a piston and cylinder in Sweden costs more than a cylinder, cylinder head and piston in Greece?
They all come from Austria anyway, thought the prices were the same across Europe
