Anyone know of a company that has a quick turn around time for the new Burg seats? I hear good things about Renazco, but their turn around time from order is nothing short of ABYSMAL, if you order now you get a seat sometime in July.

These fraking skinny slabs of marble Husaberg/KTM calls a seat bruises my pelvic archs until I don't want to ride anymore. Don't even think of telling me to stand more, you will get a very nasty reply.

Guts makes a softer seat, but previous experience tells me that simply putting in softer foam is only a slight improvement, NOT the solution I'm looking for. For the seat to be comfortable it has to be wider to distribute the weight. No, I'm not a bloated whale, 6'-180lbs

The fact that Renazco has such a wait time on custom-built seats says a lot. I think it is a two man operation, so they can't reallly turn stuff out fast. i don't have one but I wouldn't mind having one on my 950 Adventure.

I agree with you about the softer foam not really being an answer.

I'd say stand up more until July and then send your seat off to Renazco. :D

For what it's worth, I have a guts tall soft for my 09, and it seems pretty cofy although I have not tried it yet, other than sitting on it in the garage. It is noticably softer than the tall Husaberg seat, however, for me, I still like the Husaberg seat since the foam is stiffer it maintains it's height better. I'll give the guts a proper test at a later date......... but it is a quality piece of kit, the seat cover is pretty burly. I believe you can get them with a step as well.
