I have a 2006 FS650E. From the 2005 workshop manual I can see that there is suposed to be a locking bolt in front of the engine. This bolt does'nt exist on mine...Is there any new location of this bolt or is it just removed?
it's on the right side of the engine, you have to remove the flywheel cover and you'll see an allen key down on the bottom left. I believe it's an 8mm allen key.
i'm having the same problem. I've already removed the flyweel (rotor?) cover and still not finding the screw. Does anyone have some picture locating that screw. Mines's 2007 FE 650 model
