Cracked frame

Hi I have a 04 FE550 with a round 170 hours on it and have noticed a crack in the frame near the rear brake lever , it's just under the footpeg i have 2 photo's. I can easily fix as I'm a boilermaker by trade but i though others may of had the same problem

We crack the frame on occations but its due to flexing, after we weld another crossbar in the lower section of the frame, (under the engine), the cracks get less. Looks like a X then under the Engine, using the same size of tube.
We have the most cracks where the bottom pipes comes together, near the place where the headers are coming from the engine.
A few years ago when Ivan Lassarini rode Husaberg they even had 2 aluminium flatbars running parallell from steering head down to the bottom front part of the frame, just to make it more ridgid.

Just weld it and re-inforce the frame in the bottom part you will never have the problem again.
