Found this on a friends 570 from -09, it is the right top engine mount. Take a look at yours when you have your eyes in that area.

Had that when I bought it, swing arm bearings gone
Fit new bearings, rather a new swingarm and the mount and its been good since.

I spoke to a guy Who has been at the factory learning about husaberg directly from the factory team.
And they allways remove the front mounts, so it wont hold the cylinder. This way they stayed clear of cracks etc.
Got em removed on mine and alot of driving buddies to.
Had em on my 11. Was Never a problem.
Do you all still have em mounted?

No, removed the front since long time as they are inofficially a mistake. This is the top rear right.

Thats the upper engine mount and not the portion holding on to the head, the one to the head you remove yes. You jon know.
Make sure the swing arm bolt is nice and secure as mine werent when I bought it, mounted the wrong way so obviously not seated or torqued, or anything, and this bit cracked in half.

So you mean the swing might be the reason..? Or do I misunderstand you? If not can you explain how please?
Is the force transfered through the engine if the swing bearings are bad? I can understand if it is mounted the wrong way as on yours as it will probably put some twist on the engine, but if it is only the bearings that are bad it should just end up in a stiffer suspension, no?

Bearings were completely mashed and the axle was deformed, so it had a bit of play...Im just guessing that it may have an impact, not put a lot of thought to it. Just grab the swingarm and see if it has play.

Yes then I can see it happen. No this swing is all right. But the bike is a -09, actually the first 570 in Sweden (Gross owns it), so I think it's just bad luck and fatigue.

Just saw that both the upper-side mounts (behing the cam-chain tensioner and on the opposite side) are cracked on mine.
So which one is that have no need to replace or repair? Based on the comments its not clear for me which is which.
There was a thread about some carbon made mounts. I did't found yet but it'd urgent to solve this permanently.

The upper rear mounts can break. They need to be replaced when broken.

The frame to head mounts are those that others are saying should be removed.

So the cracked mounts were repaired and the head to frame mount was removed. I don't put in the bike more than 15hrs maybe less and both cracked again. And not just the mounts. The end of the axle (with the nut) which go trough the engine and swingarm cracked too. I don't no if there is any correlation of the two. The mounts are 30+$ each and don't see why would it last much longer..

Maybe it’s just me,but I would suggest putting the mounts you removed back in ,there’s obviously more stress on the ones that sheared with the fronts removed

Yes probably I'll put it back. But first it'd nice to hear why that mount is "inofficialy a mistake"?
