Counter balancer bearing replacement

Hey husabergers,

I am replacing my counter balancer bearings, and as i see my bike only has 1 bearing and not the double bearing. I have bought 2 custom made bearings from orangeberg, but i cannot remove my current bearing. I have warmed up my counterbalancer to around 170 degrees celcius, but still cannot knock it out. Does it have to be pressed, or is there another easy way to do it? Is it only able to go out one way?

Hope you can help.
Thanks, Christian.

If I remember correctly, that version has the bearing locked into place axially by a welded sleeve. Is there a small laser-weld, some 3 mm further out radially, from the outer ring on one side of the CB?

Yes it actually looks like it! How do i replace this with my double bearings i've got? is it even possible..

Thanks

At the time, you needed to buy a whole new CB if the bearing seized, and it did...
Everything is possible, but I think it will take a lot of machining. Are new CB available as spare part?

Oh well, seems like a new CB would be what i need then..

It should be this part no. i guess:
80030057100

Can you confirm that?

Thanks for the help.
