Found one made for a new model KTM at rlrproducts.com. Could probably find a place to mount it under the seat similar to where they recomend on a KTM.

Hi Dan,
Be certain to seal the radiator nipple lest your recovery system will be no more than a catch tank. :)

Questions:

Is the Husberg radiator cap of a recovery design?

If so is it of a high quality recovery design?

Is the Husaberg cooling system even capable of coolant recovery?

So...........if the standard Husaberg cap will allow some recovery will it allow enough to prevent hoses from collapsing during negative pressure (cooling)?

Hi Eric,
The cap is sufficient.
The nipple most often leaks.

Do you mean to clamp the tubing down onto the overflow nipple via a hose clamp or possibly a good zip tie?

I think Dale is referring to where the nipple is pressed into the filler neck. I have had a few leak at that point. I think I just used some two part epoxy to remedy the leak.
I have been using a recovery system off of a Yamaha Raptor on a few bikes now with good results. I wish I could take credit for it, but I got the idea from another member. You can usually source them through ebay for $10-15 bucks. There should be some pictures in gallery.

Thanks! This is one mod I want to try. Hopefully it will work out better than my latest breather mod

Ordered one yesterday ($30 for kit which includes tank, hose, and fittings). Will be sure and put a bit of JB weld around the nipple. Is the Raptor tank the one Lefrog has on his bike in the Doc?
Thanks Dan
