To be honest no, I had my casing off sizes of times thinking it was the water jacket o ring at fault, turns out I had mixing from around my main engine crankcase half's, (my error using Incorrect casing sealant)
But as I had my side casing off so much, I ended up cracking the casting around a lower bolt hole, so once I'd tig welded that up, I cleaned off all the faces, and went with a oe thickness paper gasket, just with a smear of grease on either side to aid fitting and so it can come off and be reused again, along with a o.e thickness water jacket oring, and it's been fine for many hours now since its rebuild.
Was a bit of a saga though to be honest, mainly caused by myself lol
