Converting Fe570 to supermoto what sprocket sizes would be recommended?

Thanks every buddy looks like 15/44 is going to be it. I need something that's more versatile because the bike will be more for canyon and hills than anything else. Meaning its going to be needing a good gearing for road use too.

Now has anyone looked at those spacers that were in my Counter shaft seal kit? I have called two dealers and they don't know if I can use the new gold one or not.

Your best bet would be to just pull the old spacer out and compare with the new one. If they are the same, then you're well away. It should work, but I can't say for sure. The kit you bought, was that for the KTM530 type engines? As the 70* engines were based on those KTM engines, which is why I'm guessing it should work. Also, be sure to change the O-ring that goes inside the lip of the spacer. You will have to pick the old one out from the mainshaft after you remove the spacer and old countershaft seal. In many cases I have found that it was actually the O-ring that was leaking and not the seal, since the O-ring tends to be forgotten when the seal is changed.

Just to make your head spin 15/44 = 2.933 , 14/41 = 2.928 and 13/38 = 2.923 are so close you couldn't tell. The bad thing about 15 is some clutch guards will not work and if you want to gear up you can't in front you have to go smaller in rear then you have to shorten the chain. Are your Heads spinning let. And if you have the money go with steel not aluminum unless your selling it.

I run 14/44. Best setup yet. 14/38 sucked. I had a 14/42 for a while and found that cruising around at 50 mph was a pain. It would necessitate a switch to 6th at my normal cruising speed. Made overtaking at the speed a chore. Threw in a 13 front to go with the 42 that was laying around and loved it. Ended up with 14/44 because they didnt make a shiny blue sprocket in that size. Best decision i have ever made in regards to gearing.

Correct gearing is hard....
Personal preference riding style rider weight riding conditions and the way the bike is tuned everything makes a difference.
What works great for someone else might be bad for another....
My bike is tuned for more power and revs.
I guess if I would convert it to 610cc I would use slightly longer gearing compared to now 42 rear instead of 44
