hello to everybody !

i also post in the want to buy forum but I try twice ;)

I'm here for a French mate who's searching a connecting rod for a 550 berg 2007:eek:

he don't speak a single English word lol , so I ask for him

where can we find one ? in good shape possibly :p

Check with a KTM or Husqvarna dealer and see if they can still order one for you:

I would go with a rebuildable rod from CP Carillo.

Thorgan has made some posts about it here I think!, and maybe some others.

you'll notice, that the connecting rod repair kit is already unavailable... Obviously the complete crankshaft should be available... but no bet on that one (besides the price issue).

Guess you should get familiar yourself with "third-party-parts"... like tourist said, maybe the Carillo is the best choice.
