Dan has two excellent pics in the 24 hr test, and yesterday he raced our first Hare Scramble in the Pro class to a second overall. Conditions were perfect Saturday untill heavy rains came down during the evening and everyone woke up to snow and +1 celcius temps. Camel back hoses were freezing, roost was frozen to the bikes, REALLY nice conditions

Did you get into it?

The weather conditions look spectacular! Thanks for the photos. Any reports of frostbite?

Hi Fryguy,

The conditions look pretty epic for a tough event. I've ridden in some pretty cold races out in the desert, 20 degrees F, but never had roost freeze to my bike!!

I couldn't help but notice the nice Akraprovic (sp?) exhaust on Dans bike. It appears that the headers are stock, and I'm just curious as to why the change to the, I'm assuming slip on muffler, quieter, better power?

A ride in the desert covered with snow has always been one ride I've gotta take, there is something about dirt roost in snow!!! But there is no planning that from where I live, not untill I can afford that learjet to your house Dale!!

The Akro is a slip on and provides more boost in the low to mid, ie much better torque as well as a freeier overrev.

It is 94 dba muffler.

For the info of the UHE Bergites, HairFarm has been quitely logging truly impressive results on Bergs for several years now. Dan is a well decorated off-road soldier who has provided Husaberg with great exposure in Canada and abroad.

Man, that is some goat on that farmer :lol:
