Con rod lenght for different years?

650 2001?
650 2003?
650 2004?
628 2005?

look up the parts book!

you should find the rod was the same at least till this years ('05) model. if the part number is the same again this year then you have your answer!

You need to hear from Dale or some other dealer that has an in house shop.

If anyone has these numbers handy for the different bikes could you please post up the actual numbers, this is a question I was going to ask about the '02 FC550 as I was unable to locate the rod length either.

I know the 2003 rod was 1mm longer than the 2002 rod.

That can´t be correct lenght :shock:

I think 2005 is around 138mm

owners doc (again!)the rods have been measured and verified by a UHE member who is smart enough to do a 750cc bore and stroke kit. if you don't believe JBSracing then PM him!

let us all know where he went wrong!

FC 600 conrod is 130mm, newer are longer anyway

Block height difference between 550 and 650 is 19mm,
how can conrod be 130?

As far as I know the 2001-2002 were 134mm and 2003-2004 were 135mm. On one of my engines there was a 135,5mm rod with "Rotax" stamped on it, but it didn't came out of the production. Imagine what compression that gave with a 470-piston!!! 8O

all these figures are everywhere!

i've never seen anything like it here at UHE?

we have the figures for the 2005 but the other figures don't tally up at all. somebody has got this seriously wrong somewhere along the line...
