im thinking about going on a 300km road ride with my mates soon ,,
i have the original front 16tooth and rear 40 tooth,,
]what combination u guys reckon for a road ride,maybe so i can sit on 110km's/h

the 16 front and 40 rear are only for adr requirements , or ' moon ' gearing .

i will say 15--48 , as a start , but wait for other opinions . :-k

as it is now it has a 15 front and 47 rear,,sit on 90 to 100 and it feels like 6th gear its reving to low,,,chugging along

i think the right gearing for your 450 would be 14-48 [ dirt setup ] .
