Hi

I'm not very familiar with that wiring, but looked at the owners manual 2005 (you can download that from husaberg.com)

From what I've seen on the diagram, only one black/white goes from the CDI to the coil. So that should not be a problem, or are you saying coil and you mean the CDI ?

But it looks by your pictures that you have every connectors out :D

Well if you look at the diagram you will see all the wires coming from or to the CDI:

brown - (with that ring) that is earth and it will go somewhere in the frame (some bolt)

blue/white - from CDI to the coil (it will charge the coil)

yellow/black - from CDI to the kill switch on your bar (it will stop the bike)

red/black + red/white - from the stator to the CDI (it will provide power to the cdi)

green + red - from pickup (thing near stator) to cdi (it will give timing to the cdi)

blue + yellow + black - from tps (carburettor) to cdi (it will give cdi information about your throttle position and it will change your cdi advance curves accordingly to that)

You also have from the stator yellow + white that will go to provide your battery and lights with power.

Those are the important ones, hope it helped, if you have more questions just shoot !
