Coil - is it the same

Hi, I need a Coil/CDI unit for a 2001 Husaberg FE501 P/N 250 251-01
I know where there is one for a 2003 Husaberg FE400 P/N 250 295-01

Can anyone tell me if this will work on my bike ?

It does not appear to be a plug and play. If you have a good knowlege of electronics it could probably be made to work with some cutting and splicing.

Taffy of this site offers a rebuild for these now. Check his site or ebay U.K.

i think you can swop coils around and the 400 is the cheapest. if it is the problem can i have your old one? i need some old and broken stock? i have a 501 coil in stock.
