Hi, mikst....
By clutch width, do you mean "stack height"? This is the total thickness, or height if layed flat, of the 8+7 clutch plates. For my '98, this figure is 19.6mm min.. You will have to check your owners or workshop manual for your particular year. OEM parts are usually fine, but you might want to contact Dale Lineaweaver as to availability of aftermarket clutch assemblies and/or baskets.
