Clutch needle rollers, what size?

What happened to the old one?
An option if you don't have the old one is to measure the shaft and with that measure and with the inner basket go to a specialized rollers shop to try to find a suitable one. This bearing is needle type.

About the water pump seal probably you can find also in a very good seal shop. pay attention that this type of seal is special with two lips like the ones used on electrical water pumps but smaller.

I mostly just use my dealer for parts needed. The seal was like $4. I bought two. And the bearing so far so good.

I tried matching the clutch bearings up at BSL which are one of the UK's biggest bearing stockists......No joy, the good news was that they genuine Berg ones were only £6 each.
