Hello,

What is the easiest way to bleed the clutch? I was trying sort of things with no success. Probably all wrong, now my clutch line cylinder and system is full of air. Can I bleed with vacuum pump?

Regards

you need to reverse bleed, so pump upwards that is all you needed to do.

oh that and did you fit a new slave piston O ring before you started?

Hello, ok vacuum is no go. Will try with pressure, but syringe is so hard to press. I did loosen bleeding niple. Please can you tell me dimensions of o ring? Vinton or nbr70?

Thank you.

you must make sure that the clutch lerver or its adjustment is off completely and not under any pressure from the adjuster or handguards etc.

go check your old one.

Thanks but this info is not accurate!
This O ring is seal for COVER of clutch cylinder. You can't buy separate o-ring for piston from husaberg.

I did check clutch lever, it is not compressed at all. Adjustment is out completely. I don't know what could be wrong. Although I don't have original Ktm syringe. Just regular 100ml one.
