Can anybody help?
There is a noisy rattle coming from the left hand side of my engine and i was wondering if it was the clutch bearings? Also i cant find neutral when the bike is running. Does any body have the dimensions for the clutch puller then i could make one up?
Any advice would be much appreciated!
Forgot to mention there is a chain slap like noise when revving up as well as the rattle, that sounds like it is coming from the engine (i have changed the cam chain).

The finding neutral thing is common to the Husaberg as far as I'm aware they are all like this.
Regarding your clutch rattle there is no extractor required to remove the clutch but you might check that the centre nut is tight on the clutch basket.
If you have changed the cam chain make sure the adjuster ratchet is working OK.
Did you replace the tensioner and guide.

Regards

Sparks.

Cheers for the advice!
I didnt change the tensioner and guide, the tensioner is the old style one so i wil modify it as suggested on the website. I will have to check out the guide, im not sure whether it is the old or new style type. The rattle sounds more like a knackered bearing, i will have to have a proper look!
