Anyone feeling a complete lack of plushness on their CC forks?

I have what i believe is stock fe570, and have had to turn the comp all the way off to soften up the fork. There is a LOT of midstroke harshness in the fork.

Anyone try lowering the outer oil level on these with any success? How much did you take out?

Thanks.

I had my suspension resprung and revalved by Factory Connection, SoCal location.

I can't say enough GOOD about the results !! They are real nice and knowledgable people.

I brought my bike to them first thing in the morning and they were finished by 5:00 p.m. same day. Fair pricing IMO.

Plush, minimal sharp hits from square edged rocks...we have a few of those here in the desert....and just an overall confidence booster.

I had the something similar? with mine , someone said to me you need to release the air in he forks more often, it worked for me, but you are most likely doing that anyway , it made a difference for me .
I have ordered fork bleeders on the way.

Thx for the reply. I have bleeders on mine and I do use them.

The more accurate description of the problem is the forks are not very compliant on small bump, square edge, or what you call it. I'm riding on street for now, and I feel a lot of the road imperfections. The fork is taught overall.

I got the fork cap tool and will be taking out ~15mm of oil and seeing if that improves anything.
