Choke location FX650

Can someone please take a picture of where the choke on a dellorto carb is fastened? It has just been hanging on side since day one - manual shows a picture but still can't figure it out????

Moto is a 2001 FX650e

I can't even remember where mine was fastened but I now have mine on right side of the head attached to the cable holder bracket that used to hold the decomp cable that came up from the kickstart. Mine is loaded in the truck, taking it out for the first run of the season today. I'll try to get a photo of the choke. Did you get the hi/ lo wiring figured out? Let's see some photos of that mint 01. Better yet will be video when you start racing it!

Ohh I see - Its on the right side - Dummy us, we are trying to mount it on the left over the pipe - Ha

Got wire hi/low working - Installed push button start, have a seperate toggle for LOW

Just need to get the 12V DC figured out and then we are at 100%. I think we buggerd up the rectifier while testing - will post a seperate topic about it.

Just picked up an FCR 41mm jetted for twin pipes AND got twin pipes - Lets see how the stoker runs first.
