chassis???

I am working on a Road racing project and I have the opportunity to buy a complete FC for a smoking deal. or I could buy just a motor.

I only need the motor, so I am just wondering if there is any demand for a FC rolling chassis.

I want to get a feel for it before I decide to buy it, because I will sell the complete chassis, if that is how I buy it.

What year is the FC? What condition?

a later frame and shocks from '04 model onwards would be worth more.
