I first got this berg non running. Found no spark unplugged the kill switch, ohmed the stator out got green and black 23.5 ohms and red and black 1.81k ohms.
Grabbed a new ignition coil from taff, got spark was acting like it might start then flooded, now no spark again. Stator is still ohms the same.

What Did i miss in this?

Hi

Check if you got good ground to the ignition and the HT wire to the plug and the cap.

your plug is so wet it has stopped sparking. grab a box of new cheap plugs and get it started.

I don't agree. but I can be wrong, it is just that I know that when flooded out, these things just can't get going. then when you put it in a werm engine it fires up. but for a first start it will be useless.

a fouled plug is usually a shorted plug. to be sure, hold the plug in your hand and if it knocks you on your butt, get a new plug like taffy says.
