Anyone noticed that their drive chain has rubbed the kickstand spring screw head off? I have a 2010 FX 450 and a friend has a 2010 FE 450 and we both have the problem. I tried to find some information about this but I didn't have any luck.
I see some of you read my original post but nobody has replied. I have since fixed the problem by moving the spring and screw to the outside of the frame. I also turned up a stainless steel button to thread on the end of the screw to keep the chain from rubbing the frame. It works great. :cheers:
