I had thought i was all geared up for track day next week, hand gaurds, axle sliders etc, however i seem to have overlooked fluid catch tanks and foot peg sliders. The foot peg sliders i think i can contruct with some nylon blocks but was wondering what you chaps do for fluid catch tanks and where you locate them.

Thanks,
Mark

I am not sure if it will work for your particular application, but I use a coolant resevoir from a Yamaha Raptor. You can usually find them on ebay.
I have pictures in my gallery.

i used a red bull can zip tyed to my '05 and it passed tech here in the states.... lol...guess i shoulda took pictures of that for something to laugh at....lol

Mark,
on the pitbike supermoto's i raced people came up with all sorts of catch tanks but the most the most common was the red bull can, the most pro looking was model plane fuel tanks, they even come with brass tubes in the cap you can attach the carb breathers to..... they aren't a lot bigger than a *** packet so can fit above the starter motor.
Most of the peg sliders were made by bolting a skateboard wheel to the pegs with an exhuast u bolt cut in half.
Hope this helps
