When you take out your airfilter and clean it etc.
When you go to put it back into place, be very careful that it 'clicks' down properly at the rear. I have noticed a few times when I pop it back on again and put the lockin lever in place that the rear has not bedded down properly at the rear which 'could' allow dirty air straight into the airbox.
I was lucky that I had taken it off again for some reason and noticed that the axle grease I had spread around the rim had not contacted the rear lip. I did a little wriggle with it and voila it popped down further & properly. Could have been nasty.
I imagine this is common for all KTMs & Husabergs with this identical setup.
