Carburetor Rebuild Kit

I got my bike running today which was exciting. This is the first time I have heard it run and is likely the first time it has run in years. However, I could only keep it running for about 5 seconds before it would die and some fuel was leaking out of the fuel bowl. The bike has a Dellorto VHSB38 QS carburetor. A found a rebuild kit from Dellorto at the link below.

I have cleaned the carb but think a soak would really help ensure I have all of the jets and passages free. What is the best product to soak a carb in, and is a soak completely safe for my carburetor? Thanks for the input!

Hi! im thinking about soaking mine too, and hopefully if i can get one, use an ultra sonic cleaner. I've read acetone, i think i might try isopropyl. Let me know if you found something good to soak it in :)
