I really do not know that much about it other than the guys in the video are people that I used to ride and race with when I lived in Alberta.
I think that it is a private track. There are two Husabergs in the video. One is Nick Riewe who just finished the ISDE in New Zealand on a Berg representing one of the Canadian Club teams and the other Berg is the track owner/builder. I will find out more later. What I do know is that there are some pretty talented riders on the track with a huge number of off road championships under there belts....specifically Shane Cuthbertson, Marty Halmazna and Jared Thomas.

Just talked with off road monster Jared Thomas who said that they are going to have a race on that track next June that will include the grass track and the EnduroCross section. Motivation for some of you UHE folks to make a trip to Canada next year? Grass track heaven and then bribe fryguy to take you riding in the Rocky Mountains
Thomas & Halmazna are not in the video but he did say that Shane Cuthbertson is the guy skipping across the tires in the video. Shane was top Canadaian in the E1 class in New Zealand last week I think.

HOLY CR@P that thing looks awesome 8O !! i wish they had that stuff at starvation ridge here in the northwest. they do have a house and barn that we ride through but nothing like that!! i am putting that in the top tens things i MUST do befor i die 
Your more than welcome to come on up tinbanger. The race is scheduled for the 23rd of June 2007. It's going to be a blast. Even moto guys are going to love this track with the fast as you can hit it 120' safe jump, the first guy to hit the jump in the video just turned 12 and he was hitting it in fifth on an 85sx so if he can do it we can do it.

How much land does that track consume? I thought Jared told me it was some ridiculous amount (like a quarter section) but I can't remember what he said? The only thing cooler than that track is the fact that a Berg owner built and owns it.
I will look forward to meeting you sometime. Don't worry about any of the stories those clowns tell you. Thomas & Halmazna put a leash on me every time I visit and carry tazers in case I act up!

The grass track alone is 6km in length and is 7min 30sec on a pro lap(Shane, Marty, Bert, Nick) but the Garden(obstacle course) has to be mowed to from the grass track, we're guessing that the course will be 15to 17 min long.
It is on the 1/4 sec but we don't use all of it yet.
Oh yeh Bergs do rule and I can't wait to pick up my 07 450e it's waiting for me at Precision Cycle In Red Deer,my new
Berg sponsor. So that leaves my 05 380 Husaberg for sale.

so what type of race is it, the one i just did was the 25 hour team race. that track for 25 hours would be sick!! one heck of an experience. i live in oregon USA what am i lookin at for drive time??
You guys should definitly make it longer, the starvation ridge track is(or was this year) 18 miles long and a pro lap was 38 mins min. it was a ton of funa nd can't wait for next year!!!

Nice work with the video!!! How good that place will look covered with berg banners etc for your race, so we have to talk about that. Coffin, your not allowed. The hospital is too far away.......remember, eastern Alberta doctors use cleavers and whiskey.

20 hours A..... HHMMM................. that just may be worth it!!!! i think that it would be an honor to ride i a BERG ONLY :lol: track. i saw my exact berg on that vid so its like i am half way there allready... right?!
