I had no trouble with my used fe450 but I am drooling over a new fe 650 Boss picked up in Salt Lake and I also in my research found a 2006 fs 650 brand new for less than 1/2 price. Just Curious?

It depends on your state requirements. My fe550 is street legal, as was my 450. Colorado is easy to register, a working brake light, tail light, headlight, horn(cheap) and mirror. The horn and mirror get removed after inspection. I see many coppers and they never give me a second look! Good luck!
